Supplier Relationship Management
Support and strengthen relationships with local and global suppliers to ensure reliable supply, resolve commercial or delivery issues, and support long‑term strategic partnerships.
Cost Reduction & Negotiations
Support overall cost reduction initiatives through spend analysis, market knowledge, and commercial evaluations. Lead negotiations for assigned categories to improve pricing, terms, and conditions in line with sourcing strategies.
Sourcing Strategy Development & Execution
Execute sourcing strategies for defined categories, including supplier selection, RFPs, and alternative sourcing options, to ensure competitiveness and continuity of supply.
Market Monitoring
Monitor market conditions for a defined range of raw materials, track price and availability trends, and proactively share insights and forecasts with internal stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.
Spend Analysis & Data Support
Support the analysis of spend data to identify savings opportunities, track cost performance, and contribute to data-driven procurement decisions, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting in SAP and related systems.
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, market analysis and financial principles
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manage and interpret data. Excel - Advanced – Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, or a related field
3–6 years of experience in manufacturing environments, ideally in sourcing or procurement
Solid experience in contract management and commercial negotiations
Good understanding of supply chain processes
Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams with high collaboration and integrity.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Business Intelligence tools, and SAP.
